3.3 It is your responsibility to ensure that no person under the age of 21 accesses the pk69 platform through your registered device, account credentials, or any other means. pk69 recommends that all players enable device-level parental controls to prevent underage access.
3.4 pk69 services are available to individuals accessing the platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. Use of pk69 services for commercial purposes, syndicated betting, or on behalf of third parties is prohibited unless expressly authorised in writing by pk69.

4.2 When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, a working email address, and your date of birth. You agree to keep this information updated at all times.
4.3 pk69 operates a mandatory KYC process. You will be required to submit a clear copy or photograph of your valid CNIC for identity and age verification. Additional documentation — including proof of address or source of funds — may be requested at pk69's discretion, particularly for accounts with high transaction volumes or in connection with a withdrawal request.
4.4 pk69 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any account that does not satisfy KYC requirements, without obligation to provide a reason beyond what is required by applicable regulatory standards.
4.5 Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may have withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is complete. Deposits and gameplay may be permitted during the verification process at pk69's discretion.
Where duplicate accounts are identified, pk69 will retain the first-registered account and close all subsequent accounts. 12.2 pk69's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 pk69 does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously without interruption or error. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability. pk69 will use reasonable endeavours to minimise downtime and to notify players in advance of scheduled maintenance where possible.
12.4 pk69 is not responsible for any telecommunications failures, internet service provider outages, or device failures that affect your ability to access the platform or that result in a disconnection during a game session. In the event of a mid-game disconnection, pk69's server records of game state at the time of disconnection are the definitive record for settlement purposes.
